K-Maths collects personal information only for tutoring, learner support, communication, academic tracking, progress reporting, administration and payment management.

Information we collect

• Learner name, email address, phone number and parent/guardian phone number.
• School, grade and subjects selected for tutoring.
• Track My Progress, goals, quiz/test results, attendance, video lesson activity and payment status.

How we use the information

We use information to support learners academically, communicate important updates, manage classes, track progress, approve payments and generate reports.

Who can see information

• Learners can only see their own information.
• Tutors can only see learners connected to subjects they tutor.
• Admin can view information needed to run K-Maths.

Public visibility

K-Maths does not publicly expose learner personal information. Testimonials only appear publicly when approved.
